Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the LuogoAI platform operated by LuogoAI (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account and using LuogoAI, you agree to these terms.

The Service

LuogoAI provides AI-powered agents that respond to venue inquiries, send follow-up sequences, request reviews, and generate proposals on your behalf. The service operates via your venue’s email and SMS channels.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate venue configuration data to ensure agent responses are appropriate and accurate.

Acceptable Use

You may not use LuogoAI to:

• Send unsolicited communications to individuals who have not submitted an inquiry to your venue
• Violate TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or any applicable communications law
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the underlying AI models

AI-Generated Content

LuogoAI uses large language models (Anthropic Claude) to generate responses. While we apply guardrails to ensure appropriate content, you are responsible for reviewing your agent configuration and monitoring the activity feed. LuogoAI is not liable for any misrepresentation arising from misconfigured venue settings.

LuogoAI agents are configured to never confirm bookings, never quote specific prices, and never make legally binding commitments on your behalf. You acknowledge that AI-generated responses may occasionally require human review.

TCPA Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your contact form includes valid TCPA consent language before enabling SMS follow-up. LuogoAI provides a standard consent template but is not a legal adviser. Consult qualified legal counsel for compliance in your jurisdiction.

Setup Fee

All new LuogoAI customers are charged a one-time setup fee of $499 prior to onboarding. This fee covers account configuration, agent setup, integration connections, and a 30-day live deployment period. The setup fee is credited in full toward your first annual subscription payment. The setup fee is non-refundable if you choose not to subscribe following the initial deployment period.

Subscription Terms

LuogoAI subscriptions are billed annually, paid in full at the start of each term. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual term. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods. You may cancel at any time; your access continues through the end of your paid term.

Fair Use Policy

All LuogoAI plans include unlimited standard usage up to the stated monthly interaction limit for your plan tier. Starter plans include up to 200 lead interactions per month. Growth plans include up to 500 lead interactions per month. Revenue Partner plans include unlimited interactions. Venues consistently exceeding their plan limit will be contacted proactively to discuss an upgraded plan. LuogoAI will never charge overage fees without prior notice and agreement.

Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for lost bookings or revenue resulting from service downtime or AI response errors.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuogoAI’s total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
